Job Description

• Propose hypothesis-driven target molecules based on emerging structure-activity relationships, optimizing compounds so as to impact and advance lead series
• Solve complex synthesis problems using state-of-the-art methodology and collaborate with colleagues to enable team productivity.
• Maintain high level of expertise through familiarity with scientific literature.
• Use strong communication (both verbal and technical) and interpersonal skills to communicate objectives and results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years’ experience

OR

• Master’s degree and 4 years’ experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Molecular Chemistry
