Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic manufacturing assignments by following detailed written instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records (MBRs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Report regularly to the Team Lead on task progress and performance; promptly communicate any issues requiring escalation.
- Assist with equipment setup for unit operations such as granulation, drying, and compression.
- Manually clean, assemble, and disassemble production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Clean manufacturing areas, including walls, ceilings, and floors, to maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Perform technical support activities, including material dispensing and vendor supervision, as assigned.
- Support routine tooling and material inventory management activities.
- Conduct formulation area support tasks, including stocking and distributing supplies and equipment.
- Order commonly used commodities such as containers, utensils, and facility-related supplies.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing, production, or technical experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a cGMP‑regulated environment.
- Ability to understand and follow written SOPs and Master Batch Records.
- Basic verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with administrative policies.
- Willingness and ability to learn automation and technical manufacturing processes.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
