Job Responsibilities

Distributor Management

  • Manage distributors in accordance with Gilead’s requirements
  • Develop and follow up on operational procedures for CSO projects

CSO Project Data Management

  • Collect and consolidate monthly distributor data in line with Gilead’s requirements
  • Conduct data verification with distributors according to contractual terms
  • Effectively manage Gilead KPI targets through ongoing communication and distributor management

CSO Project Contract Management

  • Manage updates and amendments to distributor contracts
  • Handle financial settlement with distributors
  • Complete internal procedures for onboarding new distributors
  • Support the establishment of a CSO contract framework in compliance with Gilead’s requirements through internal collaboration

Organization and Execution of Business Activities and Projects

  • Organize and execute various business activities, such as distributor conferences, multi-channel meetings, and departmental meetings

Expense Management

  • Manage budgets, expense accruals, expense reporting, reconciliation, and payment processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in data analysis and distributor management is preferred
  • Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills
  • Sharp analytical and statistical skills, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Positive, proactive, and willing to take on challenges and responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or management as a regional manager in a multinational company
