  • Partner with Commercial, Regulatory, and Government Affairs to anticipate and navigate regional policy changes impacting supply chain operations.

  • Support Gilead’s growth through launch planning and readiness for new products and indications, ensuring cross-functional alignment and flawless execution.

Operations & Performance Management

  • Ensure robust processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, and third-party distribution oversight, meeting or exceeding regional service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), drive continuous improvement, and deliver cost-effective supply chain solutions without compromising quality or compliance.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Commercial Supply Planning Leads for each therapeutic area to ensure responsive, compliant, and agile supply chain operations.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP, Global Commercial Supply Chain, contributing to the development of global operating models and supply chain network strategies.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills
