Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Gilead team in Commercial Operations within the Digital and CL&D team, to support the business objective. This role will report to the Director, Digital & AI and will be based in our office in Milan, Italy (presence required for at least 3 days per week as per affiliate policy).
Position Summary - Job Purpose and Responsibilities
The Digital & AI Manager will work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment, to:
- Co-design, develop and implement an AI framework and governance for the affiliate, managing specific projects aimed at delivering concrete business outcome or improving efficiency
- Translate HCPs needs and technological developments into relevant digital tactics for Gilead and its brands
- Contribute to developing BPOAs digital strategies and tactical activities
- Actively support the execution of digital & OMC customer engagement activities: digital campaigns ideation (customer journey design), implementation support (creation of digital assets such as e-mail templates and website pages/sections leveraging modular content platforms), project management, support of approval process in dedicated systems, creation of KPI reports.
- Build digital & AI related training and development programs to enhance the capabilities of the affiliate
- Manage the local deployment of Global/EMEA digital workstreams
To accomplish these goals, she/he will:
- Constantly team up with the Director, Digital & AI and all the members of the Commercial Operations function
- Daily liaise with all Affiliate local stakeholders and global, to establish solid partnerships
- Work in strict collaboration as business partner with 2 Business Units
- Develop relationships with third parties (external suppliers) to plan and deliver initiatives
- Benchmark best practices in the digital/AI life sciences sector
Knowledge & Skills (Core)
At least 2 years of experience in managing Digital & Omnichannel projects, in the design, implementation and optimization phases
Good level of proficiency of pharma-related technology ecosystem (CRM, CLM, Marketing Automation, Business Analytics, AI, NBA systems)
Proven experience of managing AI projects within the pharma industry
Design thinking methodologies
Solid communications skills
Good knowledge and understanding of Pharma Market
Establish effective working relationships with a different range of stakeholders
Fluency in English (also technical) and Office knowledge
Can-do attitude and positive mindset
Qualifications
· Digital experience (Core)
· Degree (Core).
· Formal education or professional certifications in omnichannel marketing, digital transformation, and/or artificial intelligence (Preferred)
· Training experience (Preferred)
