Sr Product Manager, Cell Therapy

Reporting to the Senior Business Unit Director, this position will be part of the Marketing team, with a focus on building and implementing brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing the commercial strategy and action plans for products by leveraging the global and regional strategy and plans

  • Have ownership of key events and congress sponsorships

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have appropriate and relevant materials and messages

  • Manage external agency relationships (i.e., advertising, public relations, medical education vendors) to develop promotional deliverables. Have materials prepared for key calendar milestones.

  • Drive appropriate Multi-Channel-Marketing activities with a continued eye for innovation in the digital marketing space

  • Drive excellence in commercial efforts, including business planning and forecasting

  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Government and Public Affairs to ensure effective implementation of strategies

  • Develop effective working relationships with opinion leaders and other key stakeholders

  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements

Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Expertise and track record of successful leadership in market planning, tactical development and implementation, budget management and tracking progress of campaigns.

  • Critical thinker with ability to develop and execute strategy.

  • Ability to problem solve, deal with ambiguity and find best solutions

  • Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to understand issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations

  • Strong team ethic and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Teamwork is at the heart of how we work, and this role is a vital contributor within our team

  • Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing plans

  • Ability to develop, maintain and utilize a high level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of cell therapies to opinion leaders

  • Excellent and demonstrable command of communicating verbally and in written form
