Job Description

1. Developed and implemented regional market planning, sales strategy and management system, effectively managed resources and led the team to achieve the goal mark

2. Established and maintained relationships with key customers in the region, established product brands and promoted product access

3. Established the academic platform and academic influence in the region, and maintained the continuity and interaction of activities with KA team

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of sales management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in the field of antifungal or blood

2. Excellent product and disease knowledge, learning ability and academic promotion ability

3. Insight into competition and industry trends, policies and business opportunities, with excellent business planning ability, strategic thinking and innovation ability force

4. Excellent cross-department communication and cooperation ability, excellent project design and execution ability, excellent key account development and management ability force

5. Excellent leadership, team training and talent development ability

6. Lead and commitment, in line with Gilead's culture and values

7. Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine is preferred

8. Experience in key target hospital admission is preferred, and experience in regional distributor management cooperation is preferred
