Key Responsibilities
Brand & Portfolio Support
• Support the implementation of brand strategies and tactical plans for the virology portfolio (HIV and/or Liver).
• Contribute to lifecycle management activities for mature products, including updates of positioning, materials, and messaging under guidance.
• Assist in the preparation of brand plans, execution and performance tracking, ensuring timely and accurate inputs.
Product Launch Support
• Support local launch activities for new products, including preparation of materials, timelines, and launch readiness activities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital, Commercial Operations) to support smooth execution of launch milestones.
• Assist in translating global strategy and scientific data into clear, compliant local materials.
Promotional Activities & Sales Support
• Support the development, adaptation, and rollout of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with strategy and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of cycle meetings, including content coordination and logistical support.
• Work closely with Sales to support effective call plan execution and message consistency.
Digital & Omnichannel Activities
• Contribute to the execution of digital and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with Digital and Commercial Operations teams.
• Support timely content updates following congresses, data readouts, and key scientific updates.
• Help monitor performance of digital initiatives and summarize learnings.
Field Interaction & Insights
• Participate in field visits to gain customer insights and understand execution realities.
• Collect and summarize field feedback to support continuous improvement of marketing activities.
• Build foundational understanding of customer needs in HIV and Liver disease areas.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Development
• Collaborate closely with Medical to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of materials.
• Support Commercial Operations with planning, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Develop marketing competencies through hands‑on contribution, feedback, and coaching from senior colleagues.
Experience & Capabilities
• University degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• First experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing (internship, trainee, or junior role or manager role).
• Interest in virology, HIV and liver diseases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience for Material Approvals in PromoMats
- Good communication skills in English; German, French is an advantage.
