We are seeking a highly motivated Manager Supply Chain, Outbound Operations for our Site Supply Chain Team.
The Site Supply Chain Team effectively and efficiently directs warehouse management functions to ensure manufacturing operations, quality and delivery goals are met.
Responsibilities
Manage daily GMP distribution/warehouse operational activities;
Implement and storage capabilities extension
Execute product distributions to EU and Israel
Collect distribution issues, warehouse operations issues, and propose solutions
Propose and lead continuous improvement projects to increase
warehouse/distribution capabilities
Support TCF04 Supply Chain execution from warehouse management operations point of view: understand SC needs and fulfill it
Maintain Operational KPIs Distribution, final product occupancy levels and orchestrate shipping activities
Manage warehouse management systems and perform reporting of receipts inventory, capacity, issues, picks and shipments
Execute warehouse SOPs and WIs and check correctness
Propose and draft new and/or changed SOPs and WIs, act as owner of SOPs and Wis
Make sure warehouse and storage equipment is maintained in proper shape, order, repair and maintenance is timely executed and completed
Manage and maintain operational licenses and permits, participate necessary self audits, take part of external and internal audits, take care of safety and security activities
Monitor and maintain sufficient warehouse material level, execute materials order, support initiatives to minimize expiry
Manage delivery receipt for goods and services from external suppliers
Make sure warehouse/distribution spend stays within budget and report proactively any possible deviation to manager
Propose continuous cost improvement opportunities and lead OE initiatives
Support and monitor service supplier performance
Ensure GMP compliancy for all related warehouse processes
Main focus but not limited, Change control owner, Deviation management, SCAR management, training compliance, CAPA management
Additional duties as assigned.
These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
Knowledge/Experience
Previous cell culture experience preferred/highly desired
Knowledgeable of the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) or similar regulated environment
Sufficient understanding of process, systems and equipment to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to senior management
Sufficient knowledge of electronic quality systems
Preferably experience with continuous improvement

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
