Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operate robust immune-related cellular assays to assess on-target and off-target responses of drug candidates.

  • Perform critical experiments to enable hit identification and lead optimization across therapeutic modalities.

  • Program and operate custom-integrated automation systems.

  • Perform data analysis, reporting and integration with database software.

  • Contribute to several projects at any given time, work successfully in a cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with BA or BS degree in cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology or a related scientific discipline

OR

  • MS 0+ years of experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture with strong reproducibility.

  • Experience in cellular assay development, including independent troubleshooting and optimization. Flow cytometry and primary immune cell experience are preferred.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and draw clear conclusions.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively improve assay quality and efficiency.

  • Clear and effective communication of experimental rationale and results.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with time-sensitive workflows and rapidly shifting priorities
