Specific Responsibilities:
Develop and operate robust immune-related cellular assays to assess on-target and off-target responses of drug candidates.
Perform critical experiments to enable hit identification and lead optimization across therapeutic modalities.
Program and operate custom-integrated automation systems.
Perform data analysis, reporting and integration with database software.
Contribute to several projects at any given time, work successfully in a cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with BA or BS degree in cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology or a related scientific discipline
OR
MS 0+ years of experience
Extensive hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture with strong reproducibility.
Experience in cellular assay development, including independent troubleshooting and optimization. Flow cytometry and primary immune cell experience are preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and draw clear conclusions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively improve assay quality and efficiency.
Clear and effective communication of experimental rationale and results.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with time-sensitive workflows and rapidly shifting priorities
