About us

At Kite, we are at the forefront of immunotherapy and engineered T cell therapy. Internship overview:

As an HR intern, you will be supporting both HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition . These can range from the Employee Life Cycle, managing stakeholders within a variety of roles or supporting the different areas/departments that our HR Business Partners cover during their duties.

You will learn how to work (independently) on projects, or project tracks, across the HR team that are part of the HR and/or Kite Pharma EU B.V. goals. Next to working on projects, you will be given the opportunity to work with a variety of HR colleagues that will support you in having a broad HR experience within a fast paced and dynamic organization.

Student’s Profile

  • Following BSc or MSc in Business related areas (incl. Economics, Management, Organizational Psychology, and/or HR-specialized roles, etc.)
  • Available for 32-40 hours a week for preferably a duration of6 months
  • Be curious, self-motivated and interested in learning and growing
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic working environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & good working knowledge of Outlook is considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and good English communication skills

General Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Support the creation of HR documents introducing our department to the business, translating documentation
  • Work with HR systems and understand the different functions of HR
  • Support the integration of new colleagues at Kite by supporting the Induction/Onboarding days that are conducted twice a month
  • Learning and monitoring of the absenteeism management system
  • Supporting Employee Relations through meetings covering a variety of areas/topics
  • Independent work on projects to support the HR team (topics may depend on both availability and on area of interest)
  • Support with events such as career events
  • Support with current hiring processes and ongoing TA projects
