We are one company at multiple locations. While it all started in Santa Monica, we now have several locations and facilities. We continue to expand our global footprint and we are in the process of building a new manufacturing site in Hoofddorp (near Schiphol).
We’re currently seeking to recruit highly motivated talents for different positions, to join us and be part of our exciting journey in the development of innovative cancer immunotherapies and their translation to the treatment of patients with cancer.
The role will be reporting to the HR Director and Legal Counsel.


Responsibilities
This role will support for 50% the HR function and for 50% the legal function. This position is for minimum 4 days per week.

HR support:
• Organizing & administration around HR related events such as;
 *Annual Learning & development training plan
 *HR company sessions (e.g. regarding benefits)
 * Support in logistics for induction day of new employees

Responsible for HR communication

  • HR content on intranet
  • HR content in newsletter

Employee relations support: draft standard letters, arbo process management & works council preparation

HR reporting: create & analyze HR metrics

Legal support:
• Assist with drafting (automated) agreements
• Assist in contract management (finding and filing in contract database)
• Arrange document distribution to various subsidiaries
• Point of contact for contract execution

General (both functions):
• Travel Management

• Provide support on meetings, creating agenda’s and calendar management
• Budget management: Invoice & Purchase Order (PO) creation & tracking
 

Profile:
You are someone that is independent, pro-active and able to set priorities. You are highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You’re accurate and like to organize and working in a team. You have the ability to work on several project for both HR and Legal.

Education & Experience
- You preferably have a HBO or Master degree.
- You can be someone that just finished school and have gained work experience through e.g. your internship
- Or you have minimum 2 years’ experience (or more) in HR and Legal department
- You have good Microsoft office experience
- You are fluent in English & Dutch

-It’s a plus if you have Workday (HR system) experience
