We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our Summer Internship Program! As an intern at Kite, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about cell therapy from some of the brightest minds in biotech while making a meaningful impact. The Role:

The individual in this intern position will be responsible for developing a novel HCP video library for the flagship indication of YESCARTA with the goal of further elevating drivers and mitigating barriers to product uptake. Videos provide context, color, and confidence that isn’t possible with text, and a key 2024 marketing deliverable is to capture and champion the positive personal experience of thought leaders with YESCARTA through video. This project will require broad cross functional collaboration with marketing, sales, regulatory, medical, legal, thought leader liaisons, and our agency of record. Key milestones include developing video Q&As, thought leader selection, video filming and editing, concept and final tactic approval with promotional review committee (PRC), and omni-channel integration plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand YESCARTA brand strategy and current drivers and barriers to product uptake

  • Develop video Q&A in collaboration with marketing team and gain PRC concept approval

  • Partner with Though Leader Liaisons to select and contract HCP Thought Leaders

  • Shoot and edit HCP video library

  • Gain final PRC approval of video library

  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to define incorporation into Omnichannel Platform

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years or older

  • Minimum GPA of 2.8

  • Elligible to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program at a U.S. based accredited college or university with completion of the first year of an MBA program scheduled before the internship starts

  • Enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester at an accredited U.S. based university/college after the completion of the internship – with earliest graduation date of December 2024 or Spring/Summer 2025

  • Able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August

  • Able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship

  • Not be employed at the time the internship starts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In the process of completing the first year of a Master's in Business Administration with emphasis in marketing or related field

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or Business

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Ability to identify issues and seek solutions

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively/Ability to work in collaborate in cross functional teams in fast pace, dynamic team setting

  • Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a dynamic environment

  • Experience and/or interest in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health-care industry
