Job Responsibilities:

· Channel Supply & Commercial Operation

o Support execution of monthly / quarterly channel stocking plans; track product quota adjustments across teams.

o Maintain channel operations trackers (quota / shipments / inventory / customers); update stocking progress and identify exceptions in a timely manner.

o Consolidate and share holiday logistics arrangement updates from importers; escalate abnormalities promptly.

o Coordinate project and expense settlements, including data consolidation, document collection, preliminary validation, and progress tracking.

o Coordinate internal expense settlements, including cycle planning, timeline arrangement, cross-functional alignment, and internal/external coordination.

· Import Operations Support

o Maintain import operations trackers covering all commercially launched products for Gilead China, including (but not limited to):

² Import routes: Ireland → China / U.S. → China / Canada → China

² Scope includes: monthly/weekly import plan follow-up; initial review and circulation of import documents; internal/external communications; import document archiving; import record updates.

o Manage and reconcile inbound orders and accounts receivable items.

² Confirm purchase orders on time and in full per import plans; synchronize updates with Ireland/U.S. customer service teams.

² Compile and update purchasing requirements; enter invoices and accounting vouchers; perform monthly A/R reconciliation.

² Maintain reconciliation communications with importers and escalate exceptions promptly.

· Inventory (In/Out/Stock) Management

o Update weekly/monthly inventory movement reports.

² Collect data across three dimensions: import shipments, channel supply, and domestic inventory.

² Calculate MOH (Months on Hand) and flag inventory risks; trigger extreme inventory supply process when needed.

o Regularly consolidate channel stocking, inventory, shipment, and sales data to support business needs.

· Team Documentation Management

o Complete document circulation and operational support tasks as required (covering import ops, commercial ops, inventory management, etc.).

o Support product lifecycle management follow-ups, including updates/maintenance of product documentation and archiving of historical records.

Support importer agreement management, including archiving, information logging, and system entry.
