As a member of our world-class People Analytics team, the Associate Director, Insight Partner has the opportunity to convert global data into answers at scale. Key Role Responsibilities:
- Consult with HR, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert business challenges into accurate analyses and crisp insights.
- Design and automate analytics processes to deliver compelling insights at scale.
- Integrate and analyze complex datasets using diverse methods (e.g., survival analysis, machine learning, text analysis).
- Evaluate the impact of programs, decisions, and events on our company’s talent and reputation.
- Articulate data-driven narratives that vividly reflect key dynamics and deeply resonate with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:

- BA or BS degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years People/HR analytics, business analytics, industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, or similar experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hybrid role: on-site at least three days per week in Foster City, California.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to proactively drive your projects while working collaboratively.
- Python, R, ThoughtSpot, AWS, Workday, and/or Tableau proficiency.
- Machine learning or other advanced statistics (e.g., latent growth curve modeling) experience.
- People analytics, consulting, and/or human resources experience.
